Even though Mayweather agreed to fight Manny back in January, and all Manny had to do was accept the very same terms that he so desperately wants now, you somehow think that was alllll a big bluff.....
..... then why didn't Manny call Mayweather's bluff, and sign the contract ?
Do you think that maybe this might all be bull****? packaged around some involvement by Greenburg, and a **** offer by Arum, that he knew would not even dignify a response..... just so that Top Rank and HBO can suck Manny for every penny they can get?
Hmmmmm..... what would HBO prefer..... 3x fights min..... or a Mayweather fight which will most likely mean the end-of-the-road for Pac?
Personally, I don't think I'm gonna take too much notice to your in-depth analysis of how the world really works.
There must be something good on tv you can watch ?
And why was ellerbe denying there was a fight when Greenburg who is in the neutral corner says there was?
Answer only in this context.. Don't bring in pac has roids and ****..
Just answer why take a vacation.. When Floyd who calls himself money has the chance to get the biggest pay check? Why just take a vacation? When it is for his legacy?
Answer please =)

Classic thread!...Lot's of comedy to go around.
ImHotep: I once called you a hit and run poster (for the fact you come in topics, say something, then never return to defend your position), never again will you here that from me...Not that you care what I think, but you held your ground, when other fans of the same fighter didn't have the balls too.
The Gambler: Way to come in and finally give ImHotep a breather!
To all other Floyd supporters/Arum/HBO/Greengurg/Pac/Roach/anything not Floyd haters: If you waited till page 33 and beyond, your opinion will not be taken serious...Purley gutless behavior...

Negotiations are a process and both sides failed to meet the requirements.
Just because there were talks does not mean things were truly negotiated, sure things got started but there was not real substance from either side.
My point has been made in this thread and you have really nothing to counter so run along or go back and read to come up with something better.
is a dialogue intended to resolve disputes, to produce an agreement upon courses of action, to bargain for individual or collective advantage, or to craft outcomes to satisfy various interests. It is the primary method of alternative dispute resolution.
Yes or no, I'm still wating.. Is Greenburg a liar for saying there was a negotiations that took place? It's a simple yes or no answer? No need to explain. Just answer it yes or no.. Is that too difficult for you? Geez owned again!

Dude they talked and Greenburg tried to make the fight happean, both sides basically played him although in different ways.
Even if Ross is the greatest middleman ever they would still need to really get things hammered out to come to a final agreement, not some fanhouse story directly from Arum. Still though it has to do with both sides so whatever blame just Floyd and his team don't really care but that is not really accurate to what seemed to occur.
Atleast if you paid attention to the whole thing.

are you serious? patting someone on the back for holding ground on a false mission? then telling the rest of "*****s" after page 33 theyre cowards because they didnt blindly support floyd?
defend floyd at all costs, right or wrong. is that the crusade you guys are on? haha this is too much now.

Knowing what negotations means. Answer this. Is Greenburg a liar for saying there was a negotiations?
Yes or No, no ifs or but.. Answer?
1.) has been played by Arum
2.) is scheming with Arum, because of the massive HBO PPV 3-fight windfall
BTW, in case you hadn't noticed..... Greenburg's statement was a textbook example of how to make a statement without actually saying anything. It is loosely described as a statement, and corroborative at best.
Here is why.....
a.) Don't be silly enough to think that Schaefer would burn his bridge with HBO
b.) Don't be silly enough to think that Ellerbe would burn Mayweather's bridge with HBO
c.) Don't be silly enough to think that Oscar would burn his bridge with HBO
I do believe that Greenburg was recently involved in this matter, but I do not believe that he was the official negotiator..... because about 5 weeks ago Arum publicly stated that GBP were representing Mayweather.
Did you forget that ?
Greenburg stated that he has been the official negotiator since May 2nd, and yet Ellerbe publicly stated on May 10th that Floyd was not thinking about boxing, then a few weeks later Arum slipped into a comment that GBP were representing Mayweather.
Greenburg has passed on a couple of messages, or made a couple of inquiries, most likely at Arum's behest..... and it is being passed off as "negotiations" to justify two things.....
1.) why you will give Bob Arum $50 to watch Manny beat up Margo
2.) why you will give Bob Arum another $50 to watch Manny beat up Cotto
Started saving yet ?
