Floyd isn't thinking about boxing right now, so he doesn't care about negotiations whether or not they took place.

This whole business is looking shady.

Floyd could call out Arum's BS and say, "He's a liar, no negotiations took place."

or... "Even though Arum lied, I still want to fight Pacquiao."
