Fighting either of those three fighters you mentioned would do more for his legacy than fighting Cotto again or Margarito. It would show that he's a true champion by fighting guys that have a legit chance at beating him. Getting that 8th belt from Cotto would only mean something to his rabid ass fans. Getting it from Pwill or Martinez however would put him in a whole different catagory.

Eh... I honesty feel at this stage Margarito is a tougher fight for Pac then Alexander and Berto. Shane? Mosley would probably tougher but it won't do anything for his legacy after Floyd whooped him and made him look old. I think a Cotto rematch at 154 would do more for Pac legacy than a Shane fight. Unless Shane looks rejuvenated against Mora...

And, again Shane is fighting Mora... So lets throw Shane option out the window. He is not an option...

I agree with P-Will, Bradley(140), and Floyd. But, not the other 3.

I know I am not making any fans by saying this, but I dont understand where all this outrage is coming from? If Paul Williams can legitimately make 147 pounds, then he has the right to compete just like any other fighter. I don't care If he is 5'2, 6'2, or 7'2. There are no height restrictions in professional boxing. In amateur tournaments, you don't know who you are fighting untill you get to the show. How do you "cherry pick" the P4P best fighter on the planet? How do you "cherry pick" on an all time great? That goes for Mayweather or Pac, or anyone else for that matter. What's interesting is that some of yall support a Pac Margarito match, but not a PWill match. But Margarito has also fought at junior middle weight. Some of you same posters supported the Yuri Foreman Pac matchup.

If P-Will make 147 any and I mean any WW should fight. Including Pac and Floyd. Any WW should fight him you right.

However, P-Will should prove he could make 147 first. He just can't be fighting at 154 and 160 and expect these guys to fight him. He needs to prove he can make 147 and until then you can't consider any WW a duck for not fighting him.

This is a ***** move on Williams' part, my god he's losing me as a fan. I wish Pacquiao would fight someone other than a stand still fighter, but he can do that without fighting Williams. If Pacquiao didn't fight Williams, I wouldn't criticize him that bad even though I think the Cotto rematch is bull**** because Williams has no fan base at all. Bradley and Alexander at least have a region behind them even though I don't know if they pose the same kind of challenge as P-Will.

Williams got the business against Martinez regardless of how close the fight was and if he doesn't clean up that controversy then he should not be ranked P4P #3 like the Ring has him.

If Pwill or Martinez held the belt at 154 would Pac be so quick to go after it? And why is it not a duck if Pac doesn't want to fight Pwill? Don't mention height, if you're going to fight in a weight division it should include everyone in the division, if not take your ass back down to where everyone is your height.

Probably not, but that is just an opinion... Cotto more than likely would of still been the main option.

But, it is a moot point anyways cuz P-Will doesn't have a belt...

To say Pac is ducking Williams at 154 is just plain ridiculous. Pac has never fought at 154, is not campaigning at 154 and it is just plain ******. Is like saying Floyd ducked fighters at 154 cuz of his one and done fight against Oscar in that weight-class. Floyd was never campaigning at 154 is was just the Oscar fight and that was it. Same like Pac is not campaigning at 154. If he does fight in that weight-class I would assume is a one and done. So not fighting P-Will at 154 would be consider a duck. Don't be silly.

At 147 it can not be consider a duck either. Again lets not forget that P-Will has called out Floyd as well. Do you consider Floyd ducking him? I sure don't. As long as P-Will is fighting at 154 and 160 every WW has the right not to fight him. And, should not be considered a duck.

However, if P-Will has one fight at 147 and PROVE he can make 147. And, just fight anybody name, noname whatever but just PROVE he can make 147. Then you damn right every WW should be fighting him. But, until then if he doesn't. You can't consider any WW a duck for not fighting him.

It would be an interesting fight. No doubt. I would love to see it just for the curiosity factor.

i don't know jrosales. pac can beat his body if he can slip williams jab but manny can not check williams chin because he's too tall.i just don't ;like williams nor the pac fight should it happen.

I'd like to see a Cotto-Williams fight since all the Cotto fans think Williams is either shot or overrated, or both. This would be a fight of where Cotto could prove he's really back if he won. But the Martinez rematch is definitely my first choice.
