I cant believe so many peoples list are missing MEldrick Taylor.

If you ever watch some his old fights before the JCC fight and also some of his olympic fights you would see the man had Blazing hand speed. He should be on everyones top 5 list

I gots to go with Meldrick on this one. Patterson was fast on shadow boxing but not as fast in the fight. Roy was quick but didn't really put together combos that much. Taylor on the other hand had strong, crazy fast combo.
