Yep, like Trinidad, Pavlik, Tarver. He was underdog against all three. He beat them, then: Trinidad was at his best at 147, Pavlik is middleweight, Tarver was weightdrained from the Rocky movie. Well then if they were all of that why you bet against B-Hop!!!??? I mean, damn...lol no fighter gets credit for any win lol.

Bute looks like a good fighter. a fighter with the tools to beat hopkins. But will he? I dont think so. Only because bute has looked good but he has not fought ANYBODY THAT MATTERS. No offense to Bute because I like his style but he has yet to apply that skill against anyone who was at least half as good as hopkins. Miranda and Andrade are punching bags. IMO Hopkins age is the only thing that will give Bute a chance because he is not on Hops level skill wise.

It's so sad if this fight comes off, but I guess Hopkins will continue untill the bitter end. I think we sadly will have to expect Hopkins on the receiving end of a bad beating before he calls it a day.

I firmly believe that Bute will do the pitching in this fight and end Hopkins career in a sad moment in boxing. Too many great fighters just doesn't know when to quit.

bute by stoppage. Ancient Roy and old man Calzaghe with osteoperosis hands had him on the canvas rolling around. Bute reminds me of a young Joe C, with better power than Joe had even before his hands were mangled.

I say Hopkins does his best to make it ugly, unwatchable, and unscoreable as per usual but it won't be enough and he gets stopped late.

I don't think bute will stop hopkins. Hopkins has one hell of a chin!
I really would like hopkins to win but i'm not really sure. This would be a good fight to see if hopkins is finally done or not. I voted for bute by UD because he is a lot younger
and a very good boxer too.
But maybe hopkins will prove all the people wrong again who say that he is too old and shot 

The fight will likely be at 170 imo.

Either way, I don't care how ****ty hopkins looked against jones. He looked ****ty against calzaghe too. Hopkins will be the underdog in this fight and that's when he does his best work.

I'm going with Bhop by UD.

Hopkins was the underdog for Calzaghe too. I don't know man. I'm leaning with Bhop, but he looked pretty bad against Jones.
