Foreman could have taken an easy way out of the fight last night but he stayed in there after his knee gave out. Tough to win a fight when you can't move around and that completely crushed the way Foreman normally fights.
You could tell Foreman was in pain as his already braced knee twisted and wrapped underneath his body. I've seen fighters carry on over a lot less than that (Josh Clottey anybody???)
I think Foreman is getting a lot of respect because nobody expected him to show this type of resolve, especially when facing an injury after an already one-sided fight.
Didnt say that he did.
But he uses a lot of movement to get away from opponents that are dangerous and when he wants space to box.
At no point was Foreman just running. He didnt throw enough, but he was getting hit with big shots from round one. It was a step up for him. Cottos shots were clearly jolting him, and he eventually started to throw some good shots of his own.
Its one thing to say people are going overboard with their reaction to his courage, but to not give him any credit and say u loved him getting beat up whilst sitting on ur ass in front of ur pc is just plain pathetic.
Well, I almost ejaculated when I saw Dirrell's limp body laying there on the canvas and mumbling to himself like a baby. ***** ***** deserved it. I watch a replay every time I'm having a bad day and cheers me up to see that coward can run no longer.
How's that? Don't sound too good does it?
Don't let your obvious hate for Foreman cloud your judgment.
Fighters arent suppose to quit anyway. Can we stop acting like he just pulled a MJ with the flu performance.
Hes not tough. Hes not rough. Hes not rugged. Hes a feather fisted runner who got hurt while running. I appreciate him not quitting though because I wanted to see Cotto KO him.
Damn man, thanks for being so considerate........Mayweather sucks as does Williams, lol....
