Also, keep in mind that the novelty of that arena wears off. You can't keep going back to that well as a selling point.

It is funny how everyone speaks of the 14 day cut off as pac compromising on jsut one demand, where as Floyd agreed to EVERYTHING Manny asked him to the last negotiation. Why is it that Manny is willing to accept something months later. If he agreed to it back January, we would not be having this discussion. Stop placing the blame on Floyd and calling him unreasonable. There is not one person on this board who does not feel random drug testing is necessary boxing, but since some of you are riding Pacman's nuts, you are deflecting blame for where it belongs, squarely on Manny, take the test no stipulations....There is a long line of other boxers who are willing to do so.

Look people, I don't know who would win, I just wanna see it. But a few questions have been answered these last few months. One, we learned Floyd can take a couple huge shots and recover quickly. We learned Mosley is nowhere's near as fast as Floyd. We learned Manny can throw over 1000 punches in a welterweight fight (granted when the other guy doesn't throw anything, it makes it easy). We learned Mosley doesn't have his legs anymore. And we learned when either guy fights a top opponent (Cotto, Hatton, ODLH, or Mosley), they can pull in the people. Schaefer kept saying Mosley vs. Mayweather would bring in $3 million PPVs so $1.4 is a disappointment, probably because some people were pissed off that it wasn't Manny vs. Floyd instead. The sad thing is if they never fight, these on-line battle will go on forever, each side claiming their guy was better. And if you want to place blame on someone, if Floyd wouldn't have retired he would still be P4P. He relinquished that title and now has come close to earning it back but I think only fight can really decide it. Debating it without it happening does nothing...

This isn't golf, though. It isn't a tournament where the winner gets the most. In golf, and horse racing, the prize money is established beforehand. In boxing, the prize money is determined by the guys' ability to bring in said money.

In boxing, the person who generates the most deserves the higher payday. If Pacquiao generates more than Floyd, I will be the loudest one screaming that Pac should get a bigger payday.

Simple math shows Floyd at 59.5% and pac at 40.5%.

I feel you, and as i said i do think Mayweather's the bigger draw, but at this point both sides should just try to compromise and make this fight happen cause honestly Pac or May will not get anywhere near what they are being offered if they were to fight anyone else.

@Trainhard... I understand Margarito would bring in a huge fan base, but people are saying Mayweather brought in everyone for the Shane Mosley fight and that is not the case. When Manny signed to fight Clottey, Mosley was still going to fight Berto but we all know why that didn't happen. So, in that sense, Floyd won the jackpot getting the Mosley fight, who brought in a huge share of revenue himself...
