How would he look bad, when he took the offer away in February? Think with your brain and not your heart. The one that looks bad and has explaining to do is Manny. What part of LOGIC says, reject the offer when it is available and "accept" it when it DOESN'T EXIST ANYMORE???

Mayweather is guilty of that as well. During the remediation process, PAC offered 24 days cut-off which Floyd refused and insisted on no cut-off.
Negotiations ended Wednesday, we didn't here of the 14 day counter until the next Monday from Floyd and not team PAC.

So how are you going to counter offer when there is no more negotiations?

I think is him not wanting to be dictated to. Pac Is a big diva, look at his negotiations with Oscar when Pac was really not the name he is now, and his negotiations with Hatton and Cotto. Dude is a big diva and doesn't want to be dictated to.

Now is that an excuse for not going through with it? Not really. But, I think both have the mentality of it is my way or the highway.

So you don't buy the idea that Mayweather honestly feels that Pacquiao(or all his potential opponents from now on) may be dirty, and believe that this is all about him being a diva? I would argue that him agreeing to all of Pacquiao's demands shows that he wasn't necessarily the one being a diva. I honestly don't think this is about Pacquiao not wanting to be dictated to either. The reason I don't believe that is because he's negotiating the random blood testing, which means that he's already conceded to being dictated to if that's how he wants to look at it. If he were really taking the position that he is refusing Mayweather's request because of insecurity/pride/principle or whatever you want to call it, then he wouldn't even agree to anything outside of the standard drug testing system already in place. This is my problem with Pacquiao's behavior and why I'm becoming more and more su****ious. He's afraid of needles, he's scared he will be weakened, it's a pride thing, ect. There's just too many excuses out here and none of them make sense.

We'll just agree to disagree though, we've been here before.
