yea, thats the point. ronnie claims arum claims something that was tld him by the nsac...lol. thats like triple hearsay. arum has proven to be a liar in the past and there is nothing to suggest that the usada established a cut off after explicitly stating there wouldnt be one.

So what , thats how random testing works the testers control it not the fighters only the testers knew when and where , Manny might not have been tested in the last 30 days , but then again he might have been so he refused .

Remember when they made SSM drink water to take a urine test the week leading up to the fight. Didn't Mosley say something along the lines of I'd rather have you take blood because I'm making weight and drinking water effects that etc? I don't think they took blood off him that last time....but then I don't completely trust this article because we all know what Arum is like.
