its just like people asking "how do we know pac aint gonna use in those 14 days"

So how do we know May didnt use in those 18 days?

    HOW?
The only way you can know 100% is if you monitor the athlete 24/7 and test daily. That's not realistic. So they came up with a deterrent program which is far more stringent than what the NSAC uses, but it'll never be 100%. The real point is that it is better than NSAC.

As for the 18 days, there is still a deterrent to not cheat. A deterrent is better that no deterrent, which is what Pac wants.

USADA uses the best method currently in use in sports.

Dear Lord, Mayweather may not have been inspired by his own innate good will in giving these tests. The shock that is felt is like the Lindberg Murder and Kennedy Assasination times ten. I thought he was going to change the world.

I guess he was just in the check cashing business. I thought we could have changed the world together.

3 straight weeks they didnt test....so gives the fighter 3 weeks to use

Are you not reading what I'm writing? I 100% agree with you that they could have used during that time. The testing program is not infallible.

Maybe you don't understand what deterrent means? The fact that they could have been testing lowers the risk of them cheating, because they are afraid they could get caught. That is much better than having a cutoff date, because then there is absolutely nothing stopping someone from cheating if they want to.

The difference in those two scenarios should be very clear. I'm not sure how else I can explain this.

Also, what's your point? If the USADA program is not good enough for you, and it is considered the best program in the world, then obviously Pac's camp is in the wrong on this one.

            YOU ARE A HYPOCRITE.
I can't believe someone as ****** as you knows how to use a computer.

Knowing when you'd be tested, knowing the drugs you'd be on, how long it'd stay in your system, a fighter would methodically take enhancement drugs during a time that they can't be caught.

USADA was to test Mayweather and Mosley up to the day of the fight randomly, which what was contracted.

How would Mayweather know he wasn't going to be tested during OST's?

"Oh because they paid them off", as reported by you Pacquiao nut huggers.

That's the best you guys can do, really.

NSAC: MAYWEATHER-MOSLEY BLOOD TESTING CUTOFF WAS 18 DAYS BEFORE THE FIGHT
                  By Ronnie Nathanielsz

Okay everyone, I wrote a comment earlier today about how I believed that Top Rank was trying some PR crap, just to get the fans of Mr. Pacquiao and Mr. Mayweather bickering about the cutoff dates, and look what has happened. This article comes out. Wow.

Look, first of all, Mr. Arum said that he would not use the media as a negotiation channel the next time he sat down with GBP & Team Mayweather. He wanted to be very cautious about that, because "He, Mr. Roach, and Team Pacquiao really wants this fight to happen". Yet, who has been in the media? Ask yourself this. Team Pacquiao, Mr. Roach, and Mr. Arum has. The only time that Team Mayweather has been in the media, has been to give their thoughts on the dominating performance from May 1st. Also Mr. Ellerbe came out in the media last week to shut down the rumors started by Mr. Roach and Mr. Arum, that negotiations had started between the parties last week.

The next thing to look at is the comment about the testing cutoff date that "supposedly" the NSAC has stated ended 18 days before the fight. Ask yourself again this question, on the last episode of 24/7, did USADA show up on Monday of fight week, and Mr. Mosley was packing to go to Vegas? Didn't they have Mr. Mosley to give them a urine sample, and he clearly explained that he was trying to make weight, and he was dehydrated, and he would have rather that they take a blood sample? So again, doesn't the article about the 18 day cutoff sound fishy via Mr. Arum?

The next thing is, the NSAC only take urine samples. They don't do blood test, and that's why USADA was brought in. So again, ask yourself if this article that Mr. Arum quoted in, sounds real? Also, after the fight between Mr. Mayweather and Mr. Mosley, USADA was waiting in the dressing room of Mr. Mayweather to take another blood sample, and that's why he was late for the post conference.

So what it boils down to is this, Mr. Arum, wants Mr. Mayweather to agree to the 14 day cutoff for Mr. Pacquaio, and he is going to put this 18 day stuff out there to get everyone talking and siding with Top Rank and basically have everyone point fingers at Mr. Mayweather if the fight doesn't happen. Well in my opinion, if I was Mr. Mayweather, I would stick to my guns and say no cutoff date. We know for a fact that Mr. Mosley took at least a urine test 5 days before the fight through USADA.

Plus Mr. Mayweather has a guarenteed purse of $20 million, no matter whom the opponent, for the next 5 fights. So if the fight happens, it happens. If it doesn't then Mr. Mayweather will still be in the drivers seat because there are a few PPV fights out there for him. Honestly, how many PPV fights are really out there for Mr. Pacquiao? Ask yourself that.

                  Everyone have a great evening.

pacquiao has no history of faild drug tests & has zero evidence of steroid use. stop with the paranoid innuendo that he's gonna take this drug that drug at that time so we have to use this test with this cut off date blah blah blah.

if there is anybody that needs OST its andre ward. from the country full of steroid cheaters right down to his consultant who is the king of steroids.

the hypocrisy of this democracy is nauseating.
