Pac agreeing to 14 days, after Mayweather has said that won't be acceptable is basically meaningless. Its just another way to get the mass public back on Pac's end of the debate. Mayweather will take a PR hit if he doesn't accept, but so what. He took a PR hit for not fighting Mosley. Then, he took another one for beating his ass. So at this point, PR hits are irrelevant when it comes to Money May. No USADA testing, no fight. Its simple.
BTW, why didn't Pac accept this back in Jan when it was the proposal on the table? Does no one find it at all curious that its acceptable now that Mayweather has clearly said he would no longer accept this?

Now the ball is back on Mayweather's court. Now that Manny agreed to his last demand of 14 day cutoff.
What will Mayweather do?
1) Oh, now I want it up to the fight.
2) OK, LET"S FIGHT!
Floyd, please make the right decision.
We boxing fans are more interested in seeing a fight, than watching two "fighters" squabbling about how many days drug testing should be taken. Especially when all your other 40 fights, you had never asked for extra blood testing.
LET'S GET IT ON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The reporter from the Manila Bulletin is usually accurate. He actually talks to him in person and not through written statements. The article is mostly about Pacquiao discussing his political career but he also said that bit about the tests. The key word is "consider" the 14-day number.
