No matter how any Manny fans tries to spin it, NONE OF THIS LOOKS GOOD FOR MANNY! And the sad thing is, ALL of this could have been avoided.
He's not the one accusing people of PED's, he's not the one saying he's "leveling the playing field" (coming in 2lbs heavy), and "cleaning up the sport" (No OSDT on undercard/petition NSAC).
Never mind that the person they are accusing has NEVER tested positive for PEDs, never been affiliated with labs/MDs with PEDs they claim he's on, or a person associated with his team saying he's on PEDs.

If floyd brought this subject up before the pac negotiations then i would think he was genuine about it, but he has not. Floyd always claims he is the smartest fighter, and thats what he has done against his last few opponents, he has had little advantages that mean a lot in boxing. I dont think he is genuine about pac and the osts, i think he wants a psychological edge because he has never brought this up before.

mrjoeblive & coach-webb, you should watch filipino channel sometimes if there is one in your location. Pac was interviewed today in the philippines that he dont mind that P4P title as long as boxing fans enjoy his fight. & that 14 days cut is ok with him just to make the fight

I can put 2 and 2 together. This man is bitter and Pacquiao's former conditioning coach, which you claim is on PED. He trained the man, wouldn't you think the best way to get at them is to say the man is on PEDs.
