I say the stock (or calibre as you put it) for that fight has plummeted even lower, for anybody to give them another payday that goes along with "Proper promotion".
You're right, it has plummeted. However I don't see the fighters or promoters being willing to allow a fight between two big-ish names that holds a high risk factor for both happen with no proper reward in place. It just won't happen. Who the hell is gonna put so much on the line for so little reward?

I hate to say it but we'll probably see Williams move onwards and upwards with his career and just brush this travesty under the rug. Cintron will probably spend the rest of his non-HBO-televised days campaigning for a rematch that never comes.

they should make it a tag-team, steel cage death match...

      Pwill & Margacheato
      VS
      Sergio & Kermit

Kermit would squeal like a lil b!tch if the fight started off with him vs margacheato....

or sergio would go to tag in kermit only to find him digging at the apron, trying to get the **** outta there

Put it on an undercard or co main event it on an upcoming card.

Put on Andre Ward undercard, Goosen owns both fighters.
