I used to have Floyd winning this fight, now I'm not sure. Paul gave Cintron a lot of respect, as he should have. You can't go off of last night. Cintron boxed a little better than I thought he would, but Williams never really pressed the attack either. Floyd doesn't hit hard enough for Williams to give himt hat respect. You can bet if Paul ever fought Floyd he'd come out throwing punches from the opening bell on.

What I saw in Paul Williams last night isn't a guy who can beat Floyd Mayweather.

Everybody who listens to me post about Paul Williams knows I'm a fan of the guy, but I'm just trying to recognize real. Mayweather would beat him and quite easily I think.
There's no question that Mayweather is the better boxer of the two and also the fastest by a huge margin. The only thing that I'm concerned about is the huge height advantage for Williams. Mayweather must be able to get really close to Williams and avoid that jab. Martinez would be an easier task I reckon.

Mayweather and Mosley right now could easily beat Williams. Martinez would have a chance, but there are no guarantees.
In terms of skill level, I would put Devon Alexander ahead of Williams, but in a fight, Williams would be a tougher opponent for anyone due to his freakish physical attributes. Nonetheless, neither would come close to beating Mayweather or Mosley. Pacquiao could beat Alexander (though he would avoid any such fight), but Williams' reach would be just too great.
