Well he is right, mentally Pacquiao feels that the tests would weaken him. And everyone who feels that way before a fight will probably not fight the best to their ability in the ring. This fight ain't ever happening, and if it does either sides will have excuses when their fighter loses. If Floyd does agree, the hate will continue people calling Pacman pacroids, or people calling some Floyd fans *****s.
