Pac Fans: What'd You See Saturday Night That Makes You Think Pac Beats Mayweather?

In the minds and opinions of many boxing analyst, experts, and historians; Marques did in fact edge out Pac. However I didn't mention Marquez winning in my post. I simply questioned whether or not you take into account how porous Pacquiao performs against counter punchers.

see..you say pac performed poor yet he won the fight, this argument has been done to death but it was pac who hurt jmm putting him on the canvass each time,jmm never beat packy period!.....jmm is a couter puncher but he throws lots of combo's unlike floyd....we all know pac does'nt hesitatet to throw punches esp when his opponent is hurt, unlike the shane who fought floyd.....

The mosley did on the 2nd rounds.It is like manny did to miguel cotto in the 3rd round.I could see a knockdowns.The punches he could not see is the factor on the fight.

So being wobbled a single time in his career, against the #1 WW who also happens to be the hardest hitting WW, whom recently came off a win in which he brutally dismantled a fighter who was widely considered to be the "toughest" in the division, is an indication that he's what exactly?

Also, Manny was wobbled by Marquez. What exactly does that mean?

And though he technically won the bout, he lost in both connect percentage and rounds won. Who reigns supreme in both those areas? Floyd Mayweather Jr.

Throwing combos doesn't necessarily mean you have a potent offensive attack. No one has ever done to Mosely what Floyd did, and Floyd did it, according to you, without combinations.

Some Pac fans kill me, Mayweather beats Mosely hands downs and they still find something to complain or ***** about. This is the same Mosely that Roach refused to let Pac in the ring with even when he agreed to drain himself to 140lbs! Now all of a sudden they scream that Pac would hacve beaten or even KO'd Mosely. Funny how the man who knows him best (Roach) didnt have that same confidence.

Dont know who wins if they ever agree to fight but I do know that it wont be a walk in park like some fools suggest

Im out Hannibal but I will get back to you no doubt. I will say this though, Pac was right, if he had May hurt like Mosley did he would have finished him. Mosley's problem is when he hurts people he only tries to finish with those wide hooks. If he would have followed up with and uppercut (a punch Floyd was wide open for when he was hurt) He would have knocked Floyd out. Go watch as Floyd is hurt and how he leans forward.....then watch as Cotto did the same thing (before the salsa dance) and Pac drops him with an uppercut. Again if that was Pac, Floyd would have been KO'd.

And If Floyd hurt Pac like Marquez did, what would happen? Also, there's no guarantee Pac could even hurt Floyd. He doesn't have one punch KO power like Mosely does, he's a volume puncher.

Floyd smiled after the first shot and continued coming forward, after the second shot he clinched. He didn't give Mosely an oppertunity to press the attack.

Btw, Cotto's boxing skills and ring awareness pale greatly to Floyd's. Cotto has no defense, no head movement, and he doesn't clinch. A recipe for disaster if you are indeed hurt.

What Mosley did on 1st and 2nd round, Pac will do that non stop for 12 rounds!!!
BTW, Pac will not be gasping for air after 4th round.

I've seen a few post like this, notably Osiris. So tell me, what'd you see that made you think Mayweather falls to Pacquiao?

do you think floyd will fight the same tactics if he will fight PAC?? floyd will run and clinch whole night if he will fight PAC.. he wont move forward like he did on that fight with ssm...

Not just in this fight...

First of all, Floyd is not unhittable. Pacquiao does have the best offense in the game by far. Floyd can be caught and he can be caught clean as ****.

Second, he is more flatfooted than Pacquiao.

Third, his output is not that great. He can be outworked.

Fourth, he doesn't really like to throw combinations

Fifth, his lead left hook is a little bit telegraphed and can easily be avoided. Mosley was ducking under it repeatedly.

Sixth, he's a slow starter.

Just off the top of my head.
