It's Mayweather. He was p4p #1 before he left. When he retired Pac took the top spot but with Mayweather coming back and outclassing Mosley and Marquez he has earned his spot back. Mayweather is the best p4p, the real question is who is the best Welter.

Ah you ****ed me up with the wording Reed! If you asked "Who is number one p4p?" I would say Floyd. But asking "who deserves to be p4p" might make me say Pacman. Floyd is the better fighter IMO, but Pac has been doing more to prove he is the best. Damn wording!
