I think Pacquiao fights Mayweather next, I do believe Pacquiao agrees to the drug tests with a short cut off date very close to the fight. I don't know how he fights Mayweather though or any other fighter for that matter, he is ahead in the elections (as i've read) if he wins, can he really leave office to go train in LA? How would that look in the 'political' world, its bigger than boxing for his people. If that fight doesn't work, Paul Williams or Berto, and quickly, I don't want to see Williams remain inactive for too long.

Honestly if my fight promoter made me into a Mega star and made me 10's of millions of dollars i really wouldnt complain....sure Arum is a sleazy smart *** but because of his matchups, Pac is where he is

Manny wont take the test - its obvious not steriods but EPO. I have used this and still use it and trust me there is nothing on this planet thats gives you more stamina than this. I have 5 x times the stamina. My red bloods cells bursting all over my body. If Manny is not on EPO then I am the president of USA.
