When this man retires, some of you may realize just how great he is. He just embarrassed the #3 p4p fighter in the world. It was almost as bad as the Marquez fight.

Good win for Floyd in a dominating fashion, but what made Shane the #3 p4p fighter? I agree he was the top welter by virtue of beating the man who beat the man, but Margs recent pat wins are in question (though there is no proof) and he wasn't rated that high on the p4p list himself. Before that Shane had a string of wins over fighters who in no way should have pushed him up the p4p ladder. So what was the deciding factor in Shane being rated #3?

I think after this fight even a 80% pacquiao could make floyd quit, i say take the test pac. But floyd will surely make another excuse to kill the fight, i'm sure of it.

Mayweather put all comments that he isnt the same at welter to rest. He bullied the bigger man and to people saying mosley didnt throw enough that is cos Floyd doesnt let his opponants throw lots.. he times them, he sets the pace etc.. my heart was in my mouth round 2 cos mosleys the hardest hitting welter, caught him flush twice, he didnt even go down and it was the first punch he got hit by so he hadnt felt the power yet, after the 2nd im sure he cud take the punch again better.

Mosley proved far from the hardest hitting welterweight but he did his thing early on, applied the pressure, and then....he just ran out of gas, it was sad, and I know I said Floyd would win, but Shane's decrease so quickly really threw me off.
If the Pacquiao fight doesn't come through, Paul Williams deserves a shot, so does Berto. I don't think people should rule Berto out so quickly, I think unlike Shane, he can maintain his speed and stamina throughout 12 rounds. I credit Floyd for the win, but pressuring Floyd works, we just seen it early on.
