Why is Pavlik getting so much ****??

For the record im not American but today i have seen stuff like this..

Another American Hype Job goes down..
Pavlik is a decent fighter but Martinez is a great fighter
Pavlik is a bum.. a bar room brawler at best..

Pavlik at the age of 28 has a good resume he certainly is no American hype like some others i could mention. He had huge difficulty with a fairly slick and crafty fighter in Bhop, yet he took a fight with a even slicker and faster but a little smaller southpaw. He has a piss poor trainer (imo) if the corner advice is anything to go by from what i have seen in Pavliks fights vs Hopkins/Martinez in particular..

It's not hype when you knock out the best in your division i.e Taylor, Miranda and a number of other mandatories.

As for the fight Ledermans score was probably the most accurate for once .. Pavlik lost the first 4 rounds by being outboxed. Yet he went onto win the next 4 or 5 (with a KD) by actually outboxing Martinez.. after he worked him out (this is even with his **** corner).. coming in with feints and jabbing well..Typical bar room brawler right??

The cut changed everything.. Martinez looked like a beaten man and Pavlik was pretty much blocking the majority of his shots. The shots which he was landing were flashy ones, while he was being hit back by crisp hard shots by the bigger fighter. Martinez punches actually started doing damage after the cut because Pavlik couldn't see them at all. In all he was a little unlucky he got beat by a very good fighter who he probably would have beaten if not for the cut..

But typical NSB he is an American Hype, a Bar Room Brawler etc simply cause he lost.. Never mind the fact that it was largely down to a cut and that Martinez is a ****ING good fighter.. and now you got people thinking Pac beats that Pavlik

Now that i think about it,calling Kelly Pavlik a bum takes away from his win over pavlik.

      This happens often, nothing new.

Its just that Pavlik really seems to have trouble hitting a moving target.

Taylor and Miranda have been passed around like Jenna Jameson. He's got nothing to show if someone is gonna say his resume is any good. I'm not saying he sucks, but he's just not that good either.

I think Pavlik stops Williams if they ever fight btw.. Williams has allready proven he has poor defence and is there to be hit.. Martinez was the far harder challenge for Pavlik imo.

He got his beaten up, and he took it like a man. Pavlik is a class act though, no excuses.

Well look at it this way Martinez won the first 4 and then i thought Pavlik made some great adjustments and was outboxing him (he was clearly outlanding him) before the cut. I think he was coping rather well with Martinez up to that point
