Mosley is going to need more than his "reach advantage".
I think one of the biggest problems these fighters have when constructing a plan to beat Floyd, is.... they never think about: "What happens when Floyd throws back".
All these plans are offensive minded. "How do we get to Floyd?" "How do we hit him?".. And they go in there almost forgetting about the fact that this dude hits back, and he's the most accurate in the entire sport.

Problem is Mosley doesnt use his jab that well, But i could see Mosley controlling the centre of the ring.

Also, reach is always a factor if a fighter is an elite talent. Even Roger says the only boxer who can beat Floyd would have to be taller with a deadly jab. See Vernon Forrest v Shane, or Winky V Shane. You think Floyd's timing and footwork would overcome that, but you don't know because he has never tested himself like that.

Hence, Floyds timing and foot movement nullify a Mosley reach advantage.
