Shane's best chance at winning this fight is to land at least 2-3 hard punches, but people really underestimate Floyd's chin because he has never been hit cleanly like most other Boxers has, but he has an underrated chin. If you try to rush it, you gonna get pick apart on most of your mistakes, so he has no choice but to try to turn it into a slugfest and force Floyd to fight.
in a competitive fight, that has not been
CHERRY PICKED!!!
BOY'll soon wish he'd stayed with the
OVER THE HILL and undersized CLUB!!!

Forcing Floyd to let his hands go, could not be a good thing for Mosley.
That doesn't mean that isn't what Shane should do though. And no, Shane will NOT outbox Floyd, so take your reach advantage and set it on fire. The fact that a reach advantage is even mentioned disturbs me.
I think Shane should implement what Hatton did to Floyd. You replace Hatton with a bigger, stronger, faster version of himself, with a much beter chin and you have a very close fight.
My thing is, after 4 rounds.. Floyd started opening up against that strategy, and when he did, it was a problem.
Now Mosley is no Hatton... but fighters generally do not have a difficult time hitting Shane, even if he has the reach of Paul Williams.

I respect what most you all are saying and even though ****m Richarson is leagues better than Jack Mosley we all know Shane has never been good at making mid-fight adjustments. Its just something with him that he seems not able to do. If I am not mistaken Jack Mosley did tell Shane to do some different things in the fights with Forrest and Winky mid-fight but Shane just seemed like he couldn't get off the original gameplan they came up with. ****m and Shane are both vets of this fight game but I still don't believe the communication is all the way there. **** Shane didn't even know what ****m meant when he told Shane to "swim without getting wet" Shane is not B-Hop when it comes to **** like that. In the heat of battle ****m is gonna talk like that because that is what he is used and Shane is gonna do what he always does. Just my opinion. With Mayweather Sr. and Roger both working with PBF I think that somewhat equals or puts PBF above Shane as far as corner work and advice goes.
I feel we got a great fight coming!!!!!!!!!!

If Shane can force it early on and force Mayweather to play catchup, Floyd is in trouble. The last thing you want to do is to allow Shane to get comfortable. He's so crafty and that power will make Floyd wary. I say split decision because I believe it will be nip and tuck. But the edge has to go to the fighter who has been doing it against elite bigger opponents for much longer.
