The fact that you've had your account for 4 long years; and only have slightly over 500 posts shows me that you are not on these threads enough to provide any intelligent as well as current feedback on the subject at hand. Before you come to this grand conclusion that racism is not very common on these boards, you might want to interact on these threads with a higher level of enthusiasim, and stop turning the other cheek to what is very much prevalent throughout these boards. All of the "Boy", "chicken", "watermelon", and "monkey" posts I've seen on these boards outweighs your post count no less than 2-1. Get your mind correct before you comment on these boards, or we'll feed you to the sharks with this mindless dribble that you have the gall to post on here. It really isn't just racism towards Filipinos, it's towards the entire Eastern and South Eastern Asian culture, race, and ethnicity. Just take a look how we're depicted and neglected in Hollywood and in the music industry here in the U.S.. A great example would be the up coming new movie "The Last Airbender". They even came up with a website to protest this movie called Racebending.com, here it is if you care to know what the whole controversy is about.



But this is nothing new. Bruce Lee was supposed to be the main character for Kung Fu, instead they replaced him with a unknown white actor, David Carridine who knows nothing about martial arts. In regards to racism here, I do admit that there is racism on both sides, and some of my fellow Filipinos in here have gotten out of hand. Whether it was warranted or not, there is no excuse no matter what.
