Vitali made offers to them. They declined and didn't come back with counter offers. They're all waiting until Vitali retires.

The only alternative would be to not fight at all and keep waiting until Haye grows some balls. Which may yet take a while.
Haye wants a fair payday, and doesnt want to have to engage in a wanky 'fight us until one of us beats you' deal. Fair play to him!

Lets see V Klit comment on the fact that if you sign to fight one of the brothers and you win your locked into fightin the other brother then if you win again then a rematch of the fight with the first brother you beat. Thats a years worth of fight with the same 2 guys...maybe thats y ppl dont wanted to run and sign the dotted line....on the flip side no one wud giv the Klits any probs except Haye anyway.

Sounds like hes a bit frustrated that the bigger fights cant get made, cant say i blame him, i have no interest in his next fight but would have if it was even valuev. Vitali is getting on and realises he doesnt have time on his side, if haye fights the giant in a rematch it will be another blow to the division.

It is going to happen. Sauerland's manager Chris Meyer was on the record saying they're planning the Haye - Valuev rematch for September.

Haye was telling us how he brings "excitement" to the HW scene but in reality he is just another puppet in this net of boxing politics. A rematch with Valuev is anything but exciting.

indeed a terrible scenario for any heavyweight... beating both klitschkos in the same year... now who could possible want this?

                    thanks for a good laugh
