His father advices him to asked for it, asking isn't the same as accusing. Like i said, Manny only have a case against Floyd Sr, Roger, Richard Schaefer, and Oscar De La Hoya. Lately, Sr and Uncle indirectly retracted this accussation of Manny taking STEROIDS (of course with their lawyers advise), instead they diverted their accusation to a so called "A-side meth".

So, do you think this USADA Testing can catch this so called "A-side meth" (that they said used by the PI military) as per their latest accusation? Is that what floyd wants for this USADA testing?

Ask Floyd that question. Since Floyd was willing to subjecting himself to that test shows that he wasn't just saying that he wants Manny to prove that he's clean, he wanted to participate in it himself. If Floyd was only asking Manny to take that test without subjecting to it himself to it, then he would look like an hypocrite.

Many people on this site may know a lot about boxing but not much about law. A defamation case is one of the hardest to ever win. Floyd and his camp have been stating opinions, they think Manny is on PED's and are asking for a drug test. The fact that Manny says his career does not need a Floyd fight and it is cemented already goes against him in the law suit. he is basically saying he is going to go down as one of the best and he already is so the statements they made have not hurt his career. Anyone can legally state an opinion which is what the Mayweather camp has done. I personally believe Pac is on something and that everyone is not talking crap about him for cherry picking fights. He said Yuri Foreman is to big but then you hear people say Floyd wont fight someone big...isnt that basically what Pac has done...Plus, the Nevada Commission isnt that great that they want to use because they know they can get passed it. How many fighters have used PED's and tested clean from the Nevad commission...At least 20+...Floyds request for OST is not the first. Tyson and Holyfield each requested it when they fought many years ago and this was done in a few other fights as well.

Dude You are right on point! I don't know why but most of these Pacfans don't have a clue about boxing PERIOD! They think just because they hear someone says Manny don't like this or that and yet they have never heard it come out of Manny's mouth. Has Manny ever said he don't like needles? NO! All he has said is that he don't know what a steroid is..lol Now Manny either is not a smart man or just plain and simple DUMB! Oh how fondly I remember Marion Jones' lawsuit, Roger Clemons' lawsuit, and Shane Mosley's lawsuit. This seems like the default stonewalling antic when faced with steroid accusations. This lawsuit stinks too. If Teddy Atlas, who went on live television (not a quote from the Grand Rapids press) and insinuated more than anyone....even going as far as saying his "credible source" gave him the info...that Pac was hiding something regarding PED's, isn't named in this defamation lawsuit it holds no weight.
