Manny is a victim of the Mayweathers. He has no idea what steroids are. Sure you can get steroids on any street corner in his country but he has no clue as to what the people are doing there. No but it would say he was clean for the biggest fight in boxing history. If Manny could win after submitting to random testing (which aint happening) The best they can do now is institute random testing from here on to stop a cheater from cheating again. fights I know Manny was juiced up for was the Cotto and the Hatton fights. He was punching like Edwin Rosario in those fights and he aint know Rosario type of puncher and Rosario couldn't even take that punch up from 135 to 147.

I was just watching True Life: IM ON STEROIDS. and 1 guy wanted to be an MMA fighter and had a deadline date of testing and also had a specific roid cycle to pass the test.... Its just opens the issue up for a bigger debate after i watch stuff like that.
