If the intention is to clean up the sport the first thing that he should have done is to require all fighters in his undercard to undergo the same random test..No Test No Fight. That's it..But since he did not, it's obvious that it is only for the show and he is not really sincere with his intentions..

is this a correct claim? is thata commission (nsac) rule?
please educate me or either educate the poster.

2. You don't know either way, so don't speak on it as if you do.

Yet you have no issue with Pac superseding rules and requiring catch weights for title bouts? Or superseding regulations of standard glove or ring size?
Who exactly agrees with you? I'd like you to point me to those relevant who are against USADA testing policies, because to my knowledge, everyone supports more stringent testing policies; or rather, no one is against them.
As do I. But as of right now no state commission nor ABC group feels the need or any rush to change their current testing procedures, do they?
I've said countless times that I wish for random blood and urine test in all sports, not just boxing. You can run along and scrummage through my post looking for exact quotes if you wish, but I wont. If you seek it, find it yourself.
So post a link to all the other fighters you've talked about being tested by USADA standards. You won't because you can't, so just stop lying.
