kizer initially stated that this was a ploy to gain a psychological advantage over an opponent. so why do they want the results? and if positive what are they goin to do about it?

This seems like Nevada just wants control of a situation. Why don't they just adopt random testing thereselves. Include a set amount of blood test no closer then 5 days to the fight, and then blood/urine directly after.

An excercise to save face............why are they even announcing they will be testing all the fighters on the card............is that not their standard practice already??.....i think the answer is probably NO!!!!!
