True that, they got some eagle eyes too, always seems like they land flush on the chin. At least in Tsyzu and Trinidad's case.

but with Tsyzu i think he inadvertently answered that question once and Many Pacquio sort of finished the rest of it in a totally unrelated issue.


to me the two things equal great power are
1. accuracy (timing is part of this )
2. Speed


After the Judah fight, KT was asked about the shot that finished the fight, and he said "its not big power but its right timing and accuracy"


but the point is that is exactly where power comes from being very accurate.

Sure i can take a body builder and give him a stationary target to punch and see who puts the most pressure per square inch him or KT (id go with the body builder probably), but give that guy a chance to fight Zab Judah and he will be made to look foolish and even when or better yet if he hits, that "pressure per square inch stuff that they had going in Rocky 4 will mean precisely nothing"


The second part is "speed"

the faster a guy hits the more it will be unexpected and hurt,


that is also why i think that a desperation haymaker that lands doesn't cause too much damage, because the fighter sees it coming from a mile away and braces too well for it,

KT doesn't have slow hands, he may seem plodding and methodical but when he snaps that straight right, its as if he breaks the sound barrier, and that is where fighters underestimate him,

he may not have as fast a body movement as Judha or Spinks, but he throws his punches much better and much faster.


he is a genious in the ring, and he makes up for his less natural physical ability with calculating precision.
