Why do *******s get mad when someone says Clottey is an easy fight for Pac, it's a compliment to Pacquiao.

Clottey will be a harder fight than Cotto. This will be competitive.

only cause he stands in his shell for 2:50 seconds of a 3 minute round
not cause he is better
its hard to do damage when you are hitting arms and shoulders
you make it sound like Clottey has a chance and we know he doesnt

Frazier beat Ali, Foreman then destroyed Frazier, Ali then destroyed Foreman. Styles make fights.

Cotto was extremely competitive with Pac for three rounds, and Pac said later that he was hurt by Cotto in the early rounds; but Cotto then got hurt badly and ran awayfor the rest of the fight.

Clottey has a much tighter defence than Cotto, and a better chin than Cotto, and his punch accuracy is better than Cotto's. For all those reasons, he's less likely to be hurt badly and more likely to remain competitive for the entire 12 rounds.

And other than Mosley and Mayweather, there's no other Welterweight who would be tougher. It was the best fight that could be made at that time.

I would be very surprised if Pac wins this fight as easily as he beat Cotto.

That's right i've been saying it forever. That's a testiment rto Pacquiao's greatness. DLH is right, he's the one who fought Pacquiao; he knows what he's talking about.

Clottey is the same guy who lost to Carlos Baldmoir. So these people acting like Clottey is so great must have the utmost respect for former WW champ Carlos Baldomir who Floyd Mayweather outclassed.

No, he will just quite throwing punches and as Roach knew it from the start would be tailor made for Pac, yet they could hype the fight with how big and strong he (the punching bag) is. Marg-a-cheato is the same way. Clotteys more dangerous to Mayweather than Pac due to the different styles.

Even then, Clottey would be technically embarrassed by Mayweather just as I think he would do to the aggressively come forward style Pac has. Mayweather will invite Pac to come in for 12 rounds. Mayweather vs Clottey would be a snoozer because May will wait to counter but Clottey wont throw enough. As is the reason he loses to Pac. He wont throw anything or even catch Pac when he does.

As I read the different blogs on this website, it's pretty obvious alot of the members don't truly understand the sport of boxing. With 30 years of experience I truly understand the sport, and will tell you firsthand, this will be a competitive fight. Clottey will be the biggest, strongest, and best defensive fighter pac has ever faced. He won the Cotto fight, regardless of what the judges scored, and will be a fighter who will be able to take Pac's punches. Watch how well he blocks the punches in return, so don't pay any attention to the HBO commentators, saying Pac is landing. Also, Pac has to be careful of Clottey's body punches, because he is very effective to the body. In the end, I have Manny winning a unamimous decision, due to his higher activity rate,and his speed, will be the most effective factor in the fight. It will be competitive and great to watch as a fan. Clottey will have his moments but come up short in the end. Styles make fights, and I was excited the moment this fight was announced because Clottey won't back up, he will be right there for Pac. To all true boxing fans ENJOY THE FIGHT!!!

It was a BS hometown DQ from something that would have never been a DQ if the fight was somewhere else. Clottey was handling Baldomir in that fight. You just should'nt respond to something you don't know about. I know you never seen that fight because if you did you would've never said some ****** **** like that.
