Fair enough. But surely you can see it from Pacquiao's standpoint also. He DID genuinely blame his first Morales loss on a blood test; it's a mental thing, it's in his head that that is the reason he lost, because he was weakened. Some people don't respond well to blood tests and feel weakened for a couple of days; others are fine. Why agree to this blood testing, which is not Commission-approved, when a blood test could throw off your training for a couple of days, prior to the biggest fight...well, ever?

Not completely true. The blood test was like Pac's 2nd or 3rd excuse. I know Pac's first excuse was about the gloves. Pac didn't get to where the gloves he wanted and at first blamed the loss on not getting to wear the gloves he usually wears.
