cop-out! Its like that until everyone gets busted. The system only works until it fails. It has proven to fail, you know about Mosley. Not suggesting Pac is juicing, I'm just saying "THE SYSTEM" is broke. FACT.

So saying how many times has he failed a test is irreverent. It should be how many times has he taken a blood test before each fight. All fighters/sportsman should be tested before anything competitive.

We all know PBF was/DID get into Pac's head with the blood testing. But its not such a bad idea and if it was Pac who was requesting it from Mayweather and Mayweather was the one not wanting to take it everyone would be all about taking these "tests".... people just hate agreeing with Mayweather. That's all it is. The idea of these tests aren't bad, its the judgment of the people that hate Mayweather.
