Paul Williams loves to fight the SMALL competition...

I don't really like Paul Williams but if he can make 147 lbs. then he should be allowed to fight at welterweight!!! Maybe if you're 5'8 and fight at welterweight and are afraid of fighting the big welterweights like Margarito , Cintron and Williams , you should try going down to 135 lbs. or something!!!

He is not breaking any rules technical but that doesn't mean I have to like him fighting at 147 against naturally smaller men or give him any credit for beating smaller(not just shorter) guys than him.

If he can make the weight he fight....blah blah, it doesn't change the fact that he is still a naturally bigger man than any WW probably ever.

There are plenty of fighters his own size he can fight, you can't be a WW, a JMW, and a MW all at the same time because there is a specific weightclass designed for fighters of relatively equal size and that is my only issue here.

I just want to see competition between fighters of relatively equal size(natural walk around weight).

well, he fought a small commpetitor in carlos quitana and loss to him----if he fights floyd or maybe clottey and mosley---he will have some more l's on his record from small competition, especially if he fights floyd--paul needs to worry about fighting sergio again and getting his name up---he still hasn't proved anything worthy yet---

I read a blog about someone talking about how nobody in the welter weight division wants to fight Paul Williams. Well, why would a WW want to fight a MW??? I know some of you won't understand this but bare with me. Paul Williams is a 6'2 black guy trying to fight 147 pounders...he shouldn't be fighting at no less than 160. I'm black and all my boys that are 6'2 and more weigh at least 160. Notice how when he fight at 147 he weighs at least 162 on fight night... Smh. That's some real live f*ggotry. And yes, I said f*ggotry. Dude go back to your lane, you should have been in that super 6 tourney but he's scared of middleweights! He wants to fight guys that are 5'5 to 5'8. He probably couldn't even beat Jermaine Taylor. P. Will is a lame seaching for a big pay day at WW. Take your thirsty a** back to MW boy lover!

Paul Williams has ONE lost. That lost came at Welterweight.
