Should be a good fight i think Adamek should drop some weight and come in around 200-205lb.

Agree but not that light. VS Golota he looked quite a bit faster but was still a soft 212, a solid 215 would be his best bet imo.

I think Ademek's superior technique, skill and professionalism will allow him to outbox the fat slob crybaby. It is easy to cry that you tried your hardest after you get beat up, but the real hard part is maintaining discipline during training and coming in to the fight in top physical condition. Arreola did not do that afainst Klit, he did not put in the hard work and took a beating because of it.

Adamek left Boardwalk Hall that night certain he can beat Arreola, despite the 6-foot-4, 250-pound Arreola’s size and strength advantages over the 6-1, 220-pound Adamek.

Nothing that occurred Feb. 6 at Prudential Center in Newark has changed his mind.

Adamek (40-1, 27 KOs) barely beat a smaller, lighter-punching Jason Estrada two weeks ago, but he happily accepted an April 24 fight against Arreola (28-1, 25 KOs) at Citizens Business Bank Arena in Ontario, Calif.

The 12-round fight, which will be the main event of an HBO “Boxing After Dark” telecast, was officially announced during a press conference there Friday.

“He’s a strong guy and a good boxer,” Adamek said, “but I believe in my technique, I have a good chin and I have speed.”

The Polish-born, New Jersey-based Adamek’s chin and heart are unquestionable, but there is a large faction of fight fans and media members that don’t believe he’ll be able to withstand Arreola’s power. Estrada even questioned Adamek’s decision to challenge Arreola after their 12-round battle resulted in a unanimous decision win for Adamek. [Click Here To Read More]

                Amen.

Finally a HW fight that will have guaranteed fireworks.

I think Arreola is too big and strong, but Adamek will make it a tough fight.

Props to both fighters for taking this fight. This should be a great fight and is what the hw division needs these days. I'm leaning towards Adamek in this one. He's got speed, experience, a great punch, and polished boxing skills..

Lets see Adamek is a a good fighter but even at Cruiserweight his power was overrated. And Arreola is completely overrated in every sense simply because he is a bum. And in my opinion if Adamek chooses to stand and trade with Arreola he will lose because even bums with heavy hands can hurt a smaller man.

I'll be honest and say I really don't know who will win this one,
though I can't wait to find out. Adamek has huge cojones, that's
for sure. If he can pull this off he's a major player in the future
of the HW division, especially with Vitali retiring at the end of the
year. If Adamek wins this, and Haye happens to lose to Johnny
Ruiz, we could see Adamek - Vitali to end the year, instead of
                      Vitali - Haye.
