-It'll be a catch weight.
-There is better opposition @ 154lbs.
-Yuri won't get anything in negotiations but chump change, everything will favor Manny and Yuri's the title holder.
-Pacquiao fans will act like he beat a great fighter.

The only positive is that Manny wins his 8th title.
