When the accusee is unwilling to prove otherwise yes. What's unfounded about someone questioning something that has never been done. A fighter seemingly coming to the end of his career (after 50+ fights) all of a sudden gets a jolt and starts KOing fighters far bigger and stronger than him (beit cleverly picked) at weight classes 20 pounds heavier. You call that foundless?
That's the equivalent to Salvadore Sanchez moving up to KO Ray Leonard. Although these fighters arent quite on the same level as Ray and Sal.

I think Pac was draining himself to make the weight and recent history has shown us fighters can go on way past their early 30s and compete at elite level. Hatton was always overated, DLH clearly drained and who knows what Margo took out of Cotto. An argument can be made both sides, depending on your agenda.
