this lawsuit is a joke. ive never ever heard lil floyd come out and say that pacquiao is using PED's. all he ever did was ask for olympic style drug testing during the negoations, which is his right, and all of a sudden hes accusing manny of PED's. this is complete horse****. now everybody's heard what Sr's come out and said but Sr. doesnt speak for lil floyd. 2 years ago Sr. and lil floyd were barely on speaking terms and now all of a sudden hes part of team mayweather and hes speaking for lil floyd. this is a joke. the only reason lil floyds name is on this lawsuit is because hes got money. manny knows if he goes after Sr or roger hes not gonna get a dime. ill be surprized if this even goes to court. what manny is doing is buying himself some time because he knows he cant beat lil floyd. freddy roach has already said that they need more time to prepare for mayweathers style and this lawsuit buys them the time that they need. all these pacquiao fans are acting like hes already won the lawsuit and ****.

pac has no basis in this lawsuit just cause someone ask you too take more drug test in fact he did it to himself by refusing or determining when he is willing to take the test and the time frame with that said i think no one from floyd to pac are clean in this and i just want to see good fights....i also feel the boxing should have more blood testing specially since everytime you step in the ring you are putting your life on the line

I guess the infidelity situation in company with the talk of PED's is hurting his PR image cause he is running for some type of political office back in his country. All this does is fuel more the speculation that he is taking something. That lawyer is gonna rack up a lot of money and this case is going nowhere. Bad decision for Pacquiao. Now if the suit goes though all of his medical records will be wide open. I read on New York Daily News that he may be dirty and asked GBP what penalty would he face if he is and could the keep it secret if a positive test is found. All this suit stuff is garbage! He's not gonna win because in the United States we're entitled to our opinions and from what I've read and heard it all sounds like opinions. Those opinions grew due to Pacquiao's relunctance of providing random PED test via teaspoons of blood 30 days before the fight. Pacquiao claims it will weaken him even though he's given his blood 24 days before the Hatton fight which he KO'd Hatton in the 1st rd. He's not afraid of needels, he's not superstitious, he's not gonna be weakened, and he's not the only fighter taking the test. So what else could his reason be for not taking RANDOM ped test? He could've taken the test and sued? With a bit more satisfaction and gained a lot of respect his fans and Mayweathers fans but noooooo! Now we might be stuck with a Yuri Foreman fight! He's not gonna come close to the $40M and that doubt will be there on his record just and strong as his amazing achievements! Pacquiao is just as guilty as the people he's suing. He has aided his accusers in hurting his reputation because he refused to take the test. A lot of people are blaming Mayweather Jr. but let's remember that it was Mayweather Jr. who agreed to everything about the fight FIRST. Both camps have some blame but Pacquiao certainly didn't help his situation out at all.

PUBLIC FIGURES CANT SUE FOR DEFAMATION. Once you make a decision to live in the public eye, you can't not sue for what the public says about you. Hence the reason tabloids aren't illegal or can't be sued. The judge will throw it out. It is a ploy to get sympathy from the public for his alleged steroid use.

Yes tabloids can be sued, it has happened in the past and is the reason why they have to make a lot of later public apologies.
