by agreeing to the gloves, 10MIL penalty on coming in over weight
and the purse split (which was surprising considering what Floyd said
before negotiations) The only thing Team Mayweather wants is for
BOTH of them to take random blood tests to keep things on the up
and up, what's the big deal? Why can't Manny just do it to make this
fight happen? If it was Floyd refusing to take the blood test then

You are right. On other terms they agreed but on this bood test thing, they don't. Gayweather want it in their terms. Manny don't like it. Hence, they should go to the neutral party to decide. That's my point. Gayweather don't like it happen. It is evident, he is making this issue so hard to make the fight fail. What's wrong with the other neutral or independent body aside from that olympic style testing. Gayweather wants this kind of terms at his mercy. It's unfair.

14 days is not farther than "within 30 days".
"within 30 days" means floyd want the test even up to the last day prior to the fyt...up to March 12....

Manny already agreed to blood testing if that is not a concession on the part of the Mayweather camp .... WHEN is the concession part the Mayweather camp can't seem to understand nor agree on their own demand for blood testing .... Manny agrees to blood testing on his terms & the Mayweather can do their blood testing in whatever manner they want to do it. Bottom line is blood testing is agreed which the Mayweather camp DON'T AGREE what MANNY AGREED .... What more do they want? Agreement to testing is not at issue here. Manny agreed to all kind of testing. The matter in controversy is the agency that will handle the testing. Gayweathers wanted it in their terms or an agency of their choice. On the other hand, Manny wanted it with the agency legally, authorized and mandatorily has to do so. Gayweathers wanted the blood test at their whims and caprices and they wanted manny to be at their mercy on this issue. Manny was never found positive of any illegal substance in his fights that need him to be at Gayweathers mercy on that issue.
