Why does this even matter. Floyd agreed to the 10 mil penalty. The only question is why wont Manny agree to simple random drug tests????????????

Because Pac is obviously hiding something. Floyd is willing to prove that he will not come in overweight by complying with Pac's terms. Why is Pac not willing to prove that he will come into the fight clean by agreeing to the random drug tests.

WRONG WRONG WRONG. the NSAC didn't control the split nor did they control the 10 million dollar weight penalty that mayweather *ONLY* would receive if overweight. the NSAC didn't control the ring size or glove size. ALL of that was negotiated and went into Manny's favor.

so to say that it's up to the NSAC when mayweather finally says he WANTS something (a blood test) is completly UNACCEPTABLE.

it's not about pride or believing that mayweather is arrogant. they KNEW that mayweather was gonna demand a blood test before he even asked because freddy roach BOASTED that they would take ANY blood test known to MAN (in a pathetic attempt to stop mayweather from actually asking for it)

the needle excuse has been DEBUNKED. the superstition of giving blood 30 days before a fight will some how weaken manny has been DEBUNKED. (manny gave blood 14 days before the ricky hatton bout and made QUICK work of him)

the pac team has done EVERYTHING in their power to avoid these RANDOM test.

The NSAC determines that, enforces that and foresees fairness. I am not saying that the NSAC is perfect, far from it. I am saying that everything goes through the NSAC.

When Pacquiao fought DLH, HATTON and COTTO, it is the NSAC to determine and oversees the weight issues and no violations of the boxers in regards to weight issues. Same thing goes with the drugs and who isn't eligible and who is.

Mayweather CAN make suggestions to tip to the NSAC and say "I suspect that Pacquiao is taking ________, please check him up and make our fight fair."

Then the NSAC can act on that. But Mayweather cannot enforce anything but popular opinion.

Thus Pacquiao's stance is that of a "who do you think you are making demands whether I am eligible or not"

The request for random blood tests are just that a request. Why is Manny refusing. Honestly he is turning down $40 mil because he is affraid of needles? Really? REALLY?

The Mayweather vs Marquez fight was at a catchweight of 144 lbs. This fight is at welterweight 147lbs. Once again i ask you has Mayweather in his career ever broke the contract and came in heavier when the fight is contracted for fighters to be at a weight of 147lbs? This answer is simple NO. floyd is more like on roids, hgh, peds and epo than manny.
look how big floyd is than manny considering they both started at 106 lbs.
floyd and the mayweathers know a lot about all drugs and peds...
and they know how to detect them all in tests.
their allegations on manny is baseless, fear is their only basis.

You're missing my entire point. I don't care about the weight, it was used an example to show why the contract was constructed the way that it was.
