so to say that it's up to the NSAC when mayweather finally says he WANTS something (a blood test) is completly UNACCEPTABLE.
it's not about pride or believing that mayweather is arrogant. they KNEW that mayweather was gonna demand a blood test before he even asked because freddy roach BOASTED that they would take ANY blood test known to MAN (in a pathetic attempt to stop mayweather from actually asking for it)
the needle excuse has been DEBUNKED. the superstition of giving blood 30 days before a fight will some how weaken manny has been DEBUNKED. (manny gave blood 14 days before the ricky hatton bout and made QUICK work of him)
the pac team has done EVERYTHING in their power to avoid these RANDOM test.
there is NOTHING LEFT but to realize the realty of the situation and not some ******* micky mouse play land.
this is SERIOUS STUFF and it leads me to believe that theres no doubt that the pac team is hiding something EXTREMELY serious.
It isn't up to Mayweather. Mayweather is only a boxer and a boxer cannot determine his opponent's eligibility.
The NSAC determines that, enforces that and foresees fairness. I am not saying that the NSAC is perfect, far from it. I am saying that everything goes through the NSAC.
When Pacquiao fought DLH, HATTON and COTTO, it is the NSAC to determine and oversees the weight issues and no violations of the boxers in regards to weight issues. Same thing goes with the drugs and who isn't eligible and who is.
Mayweather CAN make suggestions to tip to the NSAC and say "I suspect that Pacquiao is taking ________, please check him up and make our fight fair."
Then the NSAC can act on that. But Mayweather cannot enforce anything but popular opinion.
Thus Pacquiao's stance is that of a "who do you think you are making demands whether I am eligible or not"

This makes your argument null and void.

look how big floyd is than manny considering they both started at 106 lbs.
floyd and the mayweathers know a lot about all drugs and peds...
and they know how to detect them all in tests.
their allegations on manny is baseless, fear is their only basis.
and manny will prove all and sundry wrong about him...in his time!!
Haha.....you guys have been completely and comprehensively OWNED. You are in a state of denial. You can't come up with any reasonable arguments to defend Manny's actions in this negotiation process so now have resorted to claims mayweather in using PEd's.
You are pathetic and laughable!!!!!
