before the fight?

In Pac's most recent interview he has stated he only wants the tests in January, 30 days before the fight and after the fight. He can clear whatever is in his system by the time the post fight tests happen.

My view is that GBP can give a great counter offer that would put Top Rank on the sport. They dont want more than 3 blood tests? FIne. Just have one around the time of the press conference, one random test between Jan 28-Feb 28, and one test after the fight. It would be only 1 random test between that window, and if TOP RANK says no than its obvious they need to cycle off. Because they wouldnt know when to cycle off in that 30 day random test possibility.

I really doubt pac would cycle off three times in a short period due to dangers involved as adrenal insuffiency, low blood pressure, joint pain, muscle pain etc. But i think if Top Rank dosent even allow one random test within a 30 day window, than its obvious something is up.
