i knew some crap like this would go down to make this fight not happen...in my opinion both sides are to blame for this, mayweather for preposing this absurd testing policy and pac for not conforming to it, if they both think that they are the best in the world then they shouldnt let something as small as a needle phobia, or something as small as losing your 0 get in the way of stoping this historic event

ok, so in your opinion, is manny using performanc enhancing drugs? or is it just he's been training hard and smarter since his first fight against morales?

I think its a combination of training harder and being smarter and some form of supplemants. I wouldnt say steroids, but its hard to back manny if he refuses and this fight falls apart because of it. And i remember reading once on this site an article posted in response to mayweather sr. accusations of the possibility that manny might be using something, and the comment came from his trainer, he said "People dont know the difference between steroids and supplemants." At the time of reading this statement to me it was a logical and acceptable response for what i thought to be a very unnecessary comment.

But what Floyd sr. suggested at the time, come to find out a lot of boxers are co-signing on that same su****ion, some even admitting it before mayweather saying it. As a fan, i wanna hear from manny himself. Im tired of his promoters, advisors, his trainers, and Freddie roach speaking on his behalf about the matter. Pacs camp im sorry to admit is looking more shaky on this matter than Floyds is.

My question is what if both fighters agreed to have there blood taking 5 hours before the fight. Just that one time, Not before the press conference and 3-5 times during training, but just the eve of the fight. That way if floyd loses he cant say that within the 30 day window that pac's camp is asking for he cleaned his system or some ****. And pac's camp cant complain that the multiple blood test leading up to the fight weakened there fighter.

But as time goes on it seems to me that there is something up with pac's corner and trainer, honestly i dont think pac has a clue what hes being giving as far as supplemants go, but his trainer does. At first when the idea of Olympic style drug testing was mentioned, the balked altogether. Then Pacquiao is afraid of needles. Next pacquaio is willing to have his blood taking but not too close to fight night. Now roach is saying he wants to know when the last day of testing will be or he at least wants the last day of testing to be at minimum 3 days before the fight. Response like that gives me the impression that its not taking the blood they have a real problem with, but when its going to be taking. If manny is clean , the WHEN shouldnt make a difference.

I hate the idea that this fight might not take place because of some BS.If the commission and the sanctioning bodies agree that the current testing is efficient and dependable,then that should be good enough for Mayweather's team.But on the other hand,if Floyd is willing to take the same tests,why wouldn't Manny just simply go through with it? How do you walk away from a fight where you can earn up to $40 million? That raises some question marks.It gives me the impression that someone has something to hide.If Manny refuses the testing,a serious investigation should take place for his last few fights.
