Well, didn't Miguel Cotto have to cave in to get the fight with Nanny
eventhough Cotto was the champ at 147? How does the challenger
get to make all the stipulations? First they wanted 143, Cotto said
NO, ok 145, then they wanted Cotto's title at 145 NOT 147, first
Cotto denied and then said OK? To me that sounds like Team Manny
made Cotto cave in to his demands, perfect example, Manny fought
Cotto at 145 but now is possibly fighting Floyd at 147? Why couldn't
Manny fight Cotto at 147 for the title Cotto won at 147? Would it
have really mattered? I light to stay in the light not wander around
in the dark.

According to Leonard Ellerbe, adviser to Floyd Mayweather Jr, a fight with Manny Pacquiao will not happen unless Manny agrees to use the United States Anti Doping Agency for random Olympic-style drug testing. Per the rules of the USADA, both fighters would have to take 3 to 5 bloods test and 10 to 12 urine tests over a 10-week period. Pacquiao refuses to subject himself to random testing, which allows the USADA to test him numerous times during his training camp or even on the day of the fight. He will not agree to numerous blood tests during his camp. Pacquiao has already agreed to take three blood tests. One prior to the press conference on January 6, another on February 13 [30-days before the fight] and the third would happen in the dressing room when the fight was over. Mayweather fan here. I can't see what the problem is, Manny has agreed to be tested 3 times. That should suffice IMO.

my take? pac probably isn't taking, he's 100% agreeable on blood tests right after the fight, he just doesn't want to risk being weakened by a blood test before the fight. all of mayweather sr's talk is mind games. gotta admire the man and his son: they know their mind games.

i think pac should just take them tests though. i seriously doubt a fighter of pac's caliber would be weakened by a blood test, enough to cause him to lose a fight, especially if floyd's willing to take them too. i think he's partly reluctant to take them because of hurt pride, doesn't want floyd and his camp to score an early victory.

but i think pac should just let floyd win this battle, but prepare to win the war.

how fighters try to get other fighters to cave into their demands like
Manny did to Cotto. Look at you justifying Roach making Cotto come

It's ***** cause Pacquaio had no problems fighting De La Hoya at 147, who fought even at middleweight, and had problems with fighting Cotto at 147, even when Cotto is welterweight.

He had no problems fighting ODLH at 147 because he knew Oscar would be weak after such a weight cut, especially since he hasn't fought at welter limit for years.

He wanted Cotto to come down to 145 so Cotto wouldn't be at his normal weight for a fight, as he is usually. Cause Cotto had to go for much more safer cut then usually, due to penalty costs and because it affects you mentally going so low again. He knew Cotto won't be full blown WW as he was for earlier fights, that' s BS. And it's ***** to call yourself WW champion, when you didn't allow the other fighter to weigh-in at true WW limit, you rather demanded some BS catch-weight. If Manny is so great, why didn't he allow Cotto to do the stuff as he usually does?

And after that deal with weight, now he want's to fight at 154 against Foreman? Wow, now he doesn't have problems with bigger guys, or it's because he thinks that Foreman is easier fight than Cotto??

Maybe Roach will ask for 151 lbs catch-weight, and will win 8th world title.
