As we see from the Canelo/Clen debacle, a dirty test doesn't seem to matter anyway. So all that posturing to clean up boxing was for naught. Meanwhile, Floyd admitted that he stalled this fight (marinated in his words) for five years, so the drug testing demands were just the catalyst for a long line of excuses he used to avoid Pac for at least five years until he was battle worn. Floyd/manny is the only situation where the guy that turns down the fight repeatedly takes none of the blame from fans for the fight not happening. Literally anything manny did will be justified by certain posters.
The best is when guys take what Floyd says literally when it suits their agenda, then decides what he said shouldn’t be taken seriously when it doesn’t.
It’s ok. For all the guys that justify manny’s actions or try to pretend he really wanted the fight- there is 2013.
Floyd set to go to jail-manny is good to go. Vegas extends when he has to report to jail so he can fight-manny suddenly gets stitches from bob’s son in law and he is no good and has to wait until after Floyd is in jail to fight again.
