Manny agreed at 147 because they knew that Floyd will have a tough time coming down to 147.He weigh in at 149 for the Marquez fight & had to pay marquez $600k for the fight to go on.With the hoilday coming up,it will be tough for Floyd to loose 15-20 pounds.He was 160 at fight time against Marquez.Manny is always in great shape & should be sharper(as long as his ears heals in time) as he had just fought 3 weeks ago.Floyd is much better defensive fighter but Manny is faster & throws 3-5 punches at a time.Manny will have a better stamina & more power and better footwork.If Manny gets through Floyd defence which I think will after 5 rounds,the Floyd will be in big trouble.I could see Floyd running throughout the fight after 4 or 5 rounds.

Manny's team already agreed to it. To them it's a laughing matter. The thing is that Manny's team pretty much is open to anything other than going to 154lbs and 10oz gloves, and not fighting in any state that levy extra taxes.

So if they choose Olympic style testing and Manny does not care becuase he already knows that he is not on anything other than rice, would you think this might backfire on Floyd if they did find something on him? Kind of like six degress of separation with any type of drugs leading to steroids. You just don't know. I remember a swimmer used an over the counter ointment to try to clear out a rash but Olympic testers said it contained small amounts of steroids so he couldn't swim. Floyd needs to hire a real nutritionist to consult with that.

One other note: Manny is fighting in the Philippines for a month, that would mean someone would have to fly out there how many times they do testing and fly back to UCLA. Or you can take Manny's word for it that if it is his and I don't think PBF's team would allow that. Who's going to pay for all that stuff. or will PBF blame the negative results on possible tampering when in transit between the philippines to UCLA. it will never end. LOL!

ge ur facts staight may weighed in at 146 and were do u get 160 from? mays never had trouble making 147 and i doubt hell have trouble making it this time.

I see where you are going with this, but I don't think he will come out positive. In fact, the Floyd fans might have ****ed themselves on this one.

The only excuse they would have had is, "well we don't know if Manny is clean or not...That is why he beat Floyd".

The minute Manny comes into the fight clean, and leaves the same way. Floyd fans will have no choice but to give him full credit. Something (if you haven't noticed) they seem not able to do.

The flipside:

If Mayweather beats Manny and makes Manny look ordinary, then there will be widespread discussion about why Manny lookd good before but not against Floyd.

Either way, this testing is a no-lose proposition for Floyd.

I DO notice that it was Team mayweather - and not Team pacquiao - that asked for the intensive testing though.

As long as both do it I see no problem with it...

Senior is long enough in the business... so if he has something to argue about and it must be something because in America you can get sued for saying lesser things... it's all good... I expect Pacquiao to come out clean - the same for May and everything should be fine and ready to go... Pacquiao to me, probably he always did that, but indeed acted kind of funny. After the Cotto fight he was flexing around in the corner. Also one writer from BoxingScene said that he meet him... and he wanted them to touch his muscles and ****... there is nothing wrong with being proud of your body and all that... but he ain't acted like that before I think...
