Manny had no problem having the fight in the latter half of 2010. I don't know why they keep on insisting the fight won't EVER happen beyond May.
His trainer came out and said that March would work for Manny.

    Floyd agrees for March

    Manny agrees for March

    He should be fine..no excuses.

Na I personally don't think Pac will get hurt by Floyd, I can see Floyd wearing Pac down by landing clean jabs and straight rights but I don't se any blood in this fight, unless there is a clash of heads!

Could you post the quote of Roach? I still think Bob Arum persuaded Manny to change his plans. I just find it too odd that it's Arum's birthday next week. What surprise!!!

Of course, no excuses. Pacquiao signed the contract. Damn Arum.

EDIT: I just saw the new quote from Roach about his excitement to get started.

nobody "rushed" Manny into the March 13 date. May wouldn't work because he is running for office (that he probably wont win).
Did I say May ******? Manny's camp initially wanted it after the elections. Floyd jumped at the March 13 date because everybody knows Manny isn't rested enough yet. Floyd took 2 more months to fight a smaller JMM because of a supposed 'rib injury' and now that Pac has an obvious ear injury (haters need to stop saying 'Doc's said it wasn't serious'), nobody is giving him enough time to heal. But the warrior that he is, he still accepted the fight even with a handicap. So I say it again, Floyd wants some leverage to fight Manny because his whole clan is still shocked and shaken by the win against Miguel.

pac has an injury to the cartilage in his ear. Team Pac was the first to mention the March 13 date.
If Floyd is shaken, why is he about to sign a fight with Manny Pac.
                What an idiot.

Dude, you read the post. Floyd wanting some leverage was a clear statement that he and his pops and uncle were. I understand that Team Pac mentioned March 13 but Roach also mentioned that March is too early for Pac to face May because he wanted Manny to rest some more.

You guys are quick to type in 'idiot', very typical here in BS, can't really argue without saying 'idiot' or '******'. Classic.

as I said, no one MADE Manny accept the March date. Roach proposed March PUBLICLY before Mayweather did. I honestly do not get what you are saying. Roach did want it later because he said that after the fight with Cotto, which was fine, BUT ALL THAT CHANGED WHEN MASTER ROACH SAID THEY WANT TO FIGHT IN MARCH.

so don't blame Floyd for actually wanting to fight Manny in March DESPITE what Roach said. call a spade a spade and I don't think you are right now, honestly.
