but was kimbo hurt? that's the real question, what i dont like about mma is how you can lovetap a guy when he's offbalance or(in big country roy nelsons example) just sit on them and touch them and the fight will be stopped

I bet you Kimbo would whoop most guys in a streetfight. And he aint no MMA fighter, that's exactly the point i was making. He wasn't a MMA fighter and got his ass whooped in less than a few seconds 1 on 1 because without MMA he has no chance. Standing up is his only game and is effective to some extent but when it comes to fighting on the ground he has no answer. Let me tell you, he was found out for what he really is, a streetfighting bum who can only fight one way who was later punished by Seth who isn't the biggest of names in MMA. Kimbo would get brutalized by the top guys and would last no more then 2 minutes against a half descent fighter!

I dont think Kimbo was that hurt but he wasn't going to get back up anytime soon because Seth could have easily went all out punching for another minute, by then the punishment substained would have been worse if the Ref didn't step in. Kimbo is a good streetfighter but if he goes 1 on 1 with some MMA guy that is the same size or so i think Kimbo would get his ass whooped everytime! Dont get me wrong, im not knocking Kimbo cause he can fight but he has nothing else to his game then stand up and it's showed up untill now.
