but I thought gayweather was the bigger draw?

floyd/jmm was promoted for an extra 3 months because of the "rib injury" and they put it on a mexican holiday.

Fire Power PPV cost's more though...so those #'s are inflated compared to Numero Uno that cost's less

Mayweather's team had anticipated that Pacquiao-Cotto would do a higher number. Mayweather stated on Monday that Pacquiao would like do a higher number because he had a "dance partner" in Cotto. Mayweather doesn't think Marquez brought anything to the table in terms of pay-per-view buys. [details]
floyd is such a ****in douche bag... jmm brought the mexican crowd... wtf does he mean jmm isn't a dance partner??? without all the mexicans supporting jmm, floyd/jmm wouldn't have gotten past 500k.

Impressive but not conclusive in the "bigger draw" argument - in fact if anything I'd say Mayweather's Numero Uno numbers are the more impressive.
Who really wants to see a runner????

People want to see boxers fight, not run around the ring and wait till the opponent wears out. Thats were the real numbers come into play. Look it up historically, people will want to watch 2 fighters fight. Not run around and play defense for 10-11 rounds and ONLY HAVE 1 round of action.

Forget Pacquiao, Floyd should consider entering politics.
that's what I'm talking about... floyd is a douche bag that lies all the time. you can't take this ******* says seriously.

JMM's last PPV was in 2008 vs Pac and it barely did 400K...after that his 2 fights were on HBO.....yeah he is a PPV fighter on his own
