I think this fight should be 50/50. It shouldn't be 60/40 either way. It should happen @ 147 and no catch weight. That's enough of MANNY/ROACH dictating the weights when they are the smaller fighter coming up to supposetly challenge welterweights. MAYWEATHER won't fall for that 145 crap!!! I can tell you that for SURE! I also believe that when the larger fighter agrees to a catch weight, they don't know what they are giving up until they get in the ring!! ASK COTTO WHY HE AGREED TO 145 and IF HE REGRETS IT NOW!! He was in GREAT shape but the fact that he couldn't take MANNY's punches can be attributed to the "CATCH WEIGHT". He wasn't as strong either.

Floyd has a superior defense and moves around the ring effectively, which is good. The people that complain about it are either secret fans of the MMA or old school WCW wrestling.

Pacman is good but not strong enough to stand toe to toe with Cotto unless he is on the clear (Balco). I watched in amazement as the Pacman invited Cotto to hit him with his hands down. Can we hollar steroids. No one goes from 130 to 145 in a year and then stands toe to toe with a machine unless he's on the undetecable juice.

He's on something, it may be legal or illegal, but it ain't natural.

Manny is also a fraud...catch weights, crying in negotiations for the Hoya fight, having the media do wonders for him...to make him look like he's the best thing since sliced bread, in front of the camera bull****ting like he's not crying to have his way in fights.

first off all, gutted about cotto.
secondly, does everyone agree that all this "catchweight" business is ****in ******? i mean, youve got fighters fighting for belts of the true weight weighing in at a "catchweight" and the winner taking the title! W.T.F????? this is happening all the more nowadays so, why not make up more in between divisions..for example, in between light or junior welter and welter you could have.......the "I CANT BE BOTHERED TO DROP OR RAISE MY WEIGHT THROUGH SHEER HARD WORK SO **** YOU ALL" welterweight.! and so on.... or in short it could be the..I.C.B.B.T.D.O.R.M.W.T.S.H.W.S.F.Y.A WELTER WEIGHT LIMIT. lol. exactly. the sport is becoming a ****in circus mate.
p.s. good luck to manny but, no chance against floyd at 147Ib(the true welterweight limit). oh and freddy, 145 isnt floyd or anyone elses weight so make manny work to the actual true and bonefide weights of the sport ya boring ****.
