i said in an earlier post that i believe manny was a poor ****** kid that couldn't afford to eat right or work out right plus he turned pro so early he was a boy
as he got the riches he has eaten better and healthier and has filled out to his normal body weight. the class and morals that i saw from manny i would never believe he juiced unless the truth slapped me
alright bs its been real. thanks for hanging. i am going to beat pops in a little madden and hit the bed. i will try to post a blog before i head to the airport tomoorow
He answered it above, nevertheless - that thread needs to end. Considering he's been training with the PAC, his word would be better than many (for example, Mayweather Sr who started this BS).
Yeah man, sorry if what I said seemed harsh, I'm just so tired of this steroid thing, it's played out. I guess unless you read the entire thread you're not gonna know what he said, though. Peace.
Shawn, Ive seen some interviews with you and your pops and you guys seem cool and he seems like a good trainer but how far do you think he can take you? Im always 50/50 on things like this. Sometimes I think fighters should stick with the guy that got them to the top. Alot of times the change to known trainers once they get big, lose that chemistry, and it effects them in the ring. Other times with guys, I think they should ditch there trainers, e****ally there fathers. I think Zab is mad talented but his dad is very limited as a trainer. Would you ever ditch your pops as a trainer? Also, if he saw you not progressing well, do you think he would tell you to move on or would you guys stick it out until you fix it?

One last thing Shawn, hopefully you don't take this the wrong way..
I truly hope that you try seeking other trainers to train you the future, not just stick with your dad. Nothing to do with your dad's skills but there are lots of great trainers out there, and like artists - they all bring something unique to the table.
Trainers aren't omniscient, they miss certain things that other trainers might be able to point out. Hence, to further improve your skill - I hope you mix your trainers up and listen to what they have to say.
It's just like going to school, it wouldn't be wise to stick to just one teacher..

Read my post on the bottom of the last page. I think its a 50/50 thing and it all depends on how good your trainer is and how good you are with that trainer. Im not a fan of mixing trainers. If it aint broke then dont fix it but at the same time, if it gets broke then dont be scared to fix it either
I'm not saying he should get different trainer every fight. But like artists, some trainers are better than others (just a simple fact). Nevertheless, each trainer has a different POV, and some of those POV's may in fact make him a better fighter..
The statement, "If it ain't broke, don't fix it is like saying", don't try to IMPROVE because it ain't broke. The problem is, sometimes its broke - you just don't know any better that it is.
