See, that's what I am saying. Not trying to tryin to single you out
because I'm not but I read so many on here and other chat lines
talking this and that about Floyd fighting Baldomir but the same
fighters people say Floyd ducked was giving Baldomir his respect
and due at 147. That's why whenever people speak they need
to know the facts and stop making stories up and quoting things
    that never happened.

Grustler are you trying to tell us that baldomir is a more dangerous fight than cheato?

If you look at mosleys record he never fights more that twice in a year. To do what floyd wanted mosley would have to drop from 154 to 147 and fight floyd in a few months for his third fight that year. I dont blame mosley in any way for not taking that fight. If the roles were reversed floyd sure as hell wouldnt. As was pointed out Mosley suggested that floyd fight margacheato and he would fight the winner but floyd fought baldo on his date of the 4th nov. Mosley needed more time and thats exactly what he said, yet he constantly gets slated for this.
Exactly, but the point is Floyd wanted Mosley but their schedules and
plans didn't coincide with each other but Floyd wanted Mosley BAD and
went to his fights and even when Mosley was getting interviewed I saw Floyd walk by and give Mosley a pound and said "whud up Shane" and Mosley was acting like a sucker towards him. Floyd is about Money and back then Mosley and Oscar made the most sense, why would Floyd be scared of him? Don't get it twisted because I want to see Floyd and Mosley fight.

Listen, I didn't say he was more dangerous than Mararito but if you
read the interview and quotes I highlighted, Mararito EVEN SAID that
the only two threats at 147 is Floyd and Baldomir. Did you read it?

You can't be serious... Can you?

Excellent interview, and I found it very interesting to hear that he thinks fighters are being solely cultivated to beat him. I disagree in Pacquiao's case, because I really do believe he is a great fighter. I personally don't see him anywhere close to Floyd's skill level though, and I have no doubt that will show once they get in the ring. If Mayweather is hated now, just imagine how much everyone will hate him for dethroning the new boxing icon that is Manny Pacquiao.

He's one dimensional, just a puncher. All that would be said is you were supposed to beat him, he's the smaller man?

Erm, well then why fight JMM? Completely contradiction and utter ****. Mayweather's head is mashed, seriously.

But he did fight Marquez, aint Marquez smaller???

PBF also said that since Pacman has lost 3 times he wouldn't be doing nothing new and people wouldn't give him credit if he beats him so why fight him?
Didn't Marquez have 4 defeats when he fought him, how about DLH was he undefeated?? And the list goes on (Gatti, Castillo, etc...).
Who is he going to fight then because most of the good WW out there have been defeated before.

I mean, I would like to see this fight happen and both fighters will have a good chance for victory but this interview just shows me how PBF has double standards to view things because the same reason he has just explain that there is no reason to fight Pacman has been questioned previously against previous opponents not so dangerous as Pacman that he was willing to face.

Both fighter should step up to the plate and sign to mak the fight happen.

Everybody knows Pac would fight anyone. Floyd knows that too. I hate it when he makes it sounds like Pac doesn't want to fight him in his interviews.

no i dont think you know what boxing is. boxing is an art form and while you will get hit the point is to use good defense to protect yourself but at the same time land your own punches. i find it funny how people say floyd runs in all his fights but at the end he always outlands his opponents by damn near 100 punches. thats not running. thats him demonstrating the true art form of boxing which is hit but not take too much damage in return. your one of those pretend fans who think a real figher is one who brawls and gets his head beat in to win a fight. thats not boxing. thats just street fighting with gloves. you dont know ****. get off this forum

Grustler, yeah i read it. Im not knocking floyd for choosing baldo over cheato, im just using it as an example of what i see as a carefully picked career at WW. I have no problems before WW. If you think that floyd has done all he can at WW then thats your right, i just dont agree with you in any way.
